Preparation
A few things to sort out ahead of time so your visit goes to plan.
If you're coming for skin testing or a challenge, do not take any antihistamines — allergy medicines — for a minimum of five days before your appointment.
For a food or medication challenge, be sure to bring the item you're being tested with.
Appointment lengths vary, and food challenges can take up to three hours. Confirm the length of your appointment with our office.
